We will ship the ecologically grown flower bulbs from naturalbulbs.nl at the proper planting time for your area. Outside of the planting season, you can pre order your bulbs, which again will be shipped at the proper planting time. Inside of a planting season, we will ship your order within several days to a maximum of a week. The flower bulbs are shipped including insurance. We will inform you at first opportunity regarding unforeseen hick ups in availability or delivery. We carefully maintain our website and do anything within our reach to deliver the varieties and quality you ordered. All prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping & handling charges.
Your privacy is important to us. Information is only used by the owner of Natural Bulbs in order to fulfil your order and if so desired keep you informed of gardening tips and new products in the future. We will never provide details to third parties.
Returns and damage during transit
For any purchase on the internet, you are granted a 14 working day review period. This means that you can return the merchandise within 14 working days. Upon return, we will refund the value. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please scrutinize the packaging upon arrival. If it has incurred considerable damage (water, tearing, squashed), then you should refuse the parcel immediately. Should you accept a damaged parcel, than Natural Bulbs shall not be liable for transport damage.
Ordering is easy with naturalbulbs.nl: add the chosen products to your cart with the buttons ‘order’ or ‘add to cart’. You can then choose to continue shopping until ready to go to payment. We invite you to create a customer account which enables you to review your order history for future reference. Alternatively, you can input your data as a guest. The various steps will lead you through to the final ordering and billing process.
It is possible to select the payment method of your choice. If you select a method like Paypal, iDEAL (Netherlands) or Sofort Banking, you will be redirected to a secure (https) environment. Such payment will lead to a direct debit of your bank account.
Should you prefer to pay by a bank transfer, select that method and transfer to the account of Natural Bulbs in Heemstede, the Netherlands. Please use these bank details:

If you pre order, for example, in the Spring for delivery in the Autumn, you can choose to pay deferred by selecting the option bank transfer. We will then invite you to make your payment near the proper planting time shipping period. Within the planting season, please make your transfer immediately to release your order.
Updating your account
Should you wish to update your account details, you can do so by login on the website by entering your email address and password. See ´log in´ and then go to ´authentication´. This will lead you to your account details.
